JOB REQUIREMENTS: Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is looking for a detail-oriented Electronic Technician who will be responsible for supporting the assembly and testing of X-ES rugged embedded hardware. Successful candidates will be able to test electronic hardware as well as assemble electronic and mechanical components in accordance with released specifications and drawings. This is a first-shift position with flexible scheduling, paid training, and good benefits. Duties and Responsibilities Perform functional testing to ensure products meet internal and external requirements Assemble complex electronics and systems using an array of hand tools, custom fixtures, and specialized tooling Maintain detailed and accurate records Adhere to all company operating procedures and training requirements Work with quality and engineering teams to improve product and process quality ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited high school (or valid General Educational Development certificate) Computer proficiency and a high level of organization with strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and independently Good hand dexterity and coordination, as products and components are typically very small Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: www.xes-inc.com/about/careers/
