We are in search of a talented Database Developer to join our team in the greater Madison, Wisconsin area. In this role, you will primarily focus on data warehouse design concepts and the overall SSIS and modeling. The employment opportunity is on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Work on relational database platforms, with a preference for SQL

• Undertake database programming tasks including TSQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, and SSIS

• Design and implement Data Warehouse modeling principles and techniques, with Kimball being the preferred method

• Handle the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes

• Utilize Mulesoft, Kimball, and Salesforce Cloud solutions for data warehousing tasks

• Develop and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server

• Utilize skills in Data Warehousing and Design

• Work with ETL - Extract Transform Load, Relational Database, and Relational Data Modeling

• Use SSIS - SQL Server Integration Services and SQL for various tasks

• Develop databases using SQL Database and Database Development tools

• Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Power BI.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Database Developer role or similar

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Database systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Database

• Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Database Development

• Experience with ETL - Extract Transform Load processes

• Understanding of Relational Database systems and Relational Data Modeling

• Ability to work with MuleSoft and SSIS - SQL Server Integration Services

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization

• Strong design skills with an eye for detail and accuracy

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
