KSW CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION Commercial Construction Superintendent in VERONA, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Direct and supervise construction or related workers. Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems. Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations. Implement new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather, or construction site emergencies. Contract or oversee craft work, such as painting or plumbing. Effectively and professionally manage the day-to-day activities and operations on the construction project Understands all contractors\' scopes of work and maintains schedules and quality standards. Performs project close-out and ensures punch list is completed in a timely manner and to the client\'s satisfaction. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a minimum of 5 years\' experience in a field project superintendent / lead foreman role and have great communication and teamwork skills.
