Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for repairing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting production machinery, specifically working on blow/filling/sealing/labeling machines that produce bottles filled with sterile saline solutions. The role involves working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, setting up equipment, and maintaining thorough documentation throughout the production process. Additionally, the technician will handle production line start-up and repairs and perform preventative maintenance. Experience with troubleshooting PLCs is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Repair and diagnose production machinery

• Troubleshoot and maintain blow/filling/sealing/labeling machines

• Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Set up equipment and ensure heavy documentation throughout the production process

• Handle production line start-up and repairs

• Perform preventative maintenance

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in plastics, molding, or medical/pharma industries, OR 5+ years of process technician experience in the plastics industry

• Experience with machinery set-up

• Proficient in documentation and protocols

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with blow fill seal machinery

• Experience with setting up and independently running lines/equipment systems

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
