About the Team: The marketing team is part of the North American Customers & Strategy team. The role is a key part of an active team and is essential in driving the overall awareness and growth of the ZF Aftermarket brands. Actively together the team supports the execution of the regional strategy by connecting with customers and end users, creating a community of engaged brand followers.

What you can look forward to as a Brand Activation Manager:

  • Drive event activities to increase brand awareness and public presentation of ZF Aftermarket and its brands.

  • Implement brand campaign activities and liaise with global marketing team.

  • Create and Distribute eblasts/newsletters for target markets.

  • Drive marketing activities through social, sales and other activities to promote and support sales initiatives at customer locations.

Your Profile as a Brand Activation Manager:

  • BA preferred or equivalent years of experience in marketing, communications and/or journalism.

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales or similar environment (marketing, category management, etc). Knowledge of the automotive market is ideal.

  • Experience working in brand marketing, and demonstrated ability to form connections with brands.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Microsoft proficient and experience in Adobe creative programs (InDesign and Photoshop).

  • Experience utilizing different social medias to connect with brands.

  • Experience with google and social ads.

  • Writing skills for different forms of media.
