About the Team: The wind service team in VHL and remote members prides themselves with open and rigorous communication at all levels with individual input encouraged and respected. The team is multi-cultural and posses a can-do attitude with problem solving and continuous improvement discussions. The team members are friendly, helpful without a silo mentality.

What you can look forward to as an Account Manager:

• Responsible to provide support to OEM, Utilities and End Users as required to achieve sales plan.

• Penetrate and establish new customer accounts through cold calling, market analysis and networking.

• Maintain robust customer contact internally and externally to ensure high customer satisfaction and problem solve as necessary. Monitors status of accounts receivable for assigned region and works with accounting and customers to resolve discrepancies.

• Provide input to sales forecast and budget.

• Provide market intelligence to Sales Manager for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position.

• Responsible for coordinating all new account set up information into the ERP system and customer order processing through CSR team utilizing ERP system.

• Represent ZF at trade shows and related industry functions as needed.

• Represent the needs of the customer in accordance with ZF company policies and procedures in all ZF Business/Operating Systems and be the voice of the customer.

• Call on physical Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) park operations which may require periodic climbing and inspection of the WTG.

Your Profile as an Account Manager:

• BS or BA Degree required. Business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred

• 5+ years sales experience specifically in the wind industry

• Proven organizational abilities to successfully interact, develop, maintain, and follow through on responsibilities.

• Problem resolution, process improvement and negotiation skills.

• Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Computer proficiency.

• Ability to travel up to 75%

• 5+ years Wind Turbine service experience

• Manufacturing and/or industrial assemble industry experience

• Solid technical aptitude
