Warehouse Coordinator, Venlo

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Venlo, Netherlands, on a fixed-term contract. This role is essential in administering and operating our warehouse, including the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of logistic processes.

Is this you?

You have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with specialized education or training in logistics.

You have experience

• Administering and operating warehouses, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies.

• Auditing goods received into the warehouse and overseeing receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.

• Coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving materials.

• Ensuring the effectiveness of operating procedures and space utilization.

• Leading a team and supporting warehouse employees in daily operations.

You have an MBO degree or higher or equivalent

You are fluent in English

You possess strong leadership skills and are a team player.

You are stress-resistant , flexible, and able to collaborate with other departments.

You have good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP Oracle 11 is an advantage.

What will you do at Stryker?

• Ensure end-to-end business processes in coordination with the supervisor.

• Support warehouse employees in daily operations and help solve problems.

• Report to the supervisor and communicate with Intercompany Order Management and the Transportation Team.

• Work with the IS Team to improve system stability.

• Divide tasks within the export team and control the flow of export shipments.

• Contact the employment agency in case of employee absences.

• Lead the team together with other warehouse coordinators.
