Job Title: Millwright

Job Description

A Millwright specializes in installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery in industrial factories. This role involves working with complex machinery and using precision tools to ensure accurate assembly and repair.

Responsibilities

• Installing machinery: Setting up and assembling new machines and equipment.

• Maintaining equipment: Performing routine maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.

• Repairing machinery: Diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues.

• Reading blueprints and manuals: Following detailed instructions to ensure proper installation and repair.

• Using precision tools: Employing tools like calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.

• Rigging and moving heavy equipment: Using cranes, hoists, and other equipment to move large machinery.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in machinery maintenance, repairs, and setups.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to work with complex machinery.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and manuals.

• Experience with precision tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00
