Administer, control and assist in management of key Europe regional and Country finance functions including business planning, analysis and reporting with the objective to enhance service level, quality, productivity, accuracy and timelines of financial control services.

Tasks:

• Coordinate month-end close activities in the region, including variance analysis and business review preparation.

• Prepare monthly management pack and other required reporting.

• Coordinate bi-weekly forecasts and business planning process.

• Support standardization efforts in FP&A and accounting across the region and globe.

• Support new software integrations and system enhancements.

• Point of contact in respect to capital and expenditure requests, contract requests and lease administration/accounting.

• Provide support to the finance team in the region in maintaining accounting books and records in accordance with local accounting principles, acts as business partner for finance team when it comes to the reporting.

Requi rement s:

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business or equivalent

• At least five (5) years in financial planning or reporting in a large multinational organization, experience in Logistics Industry preferred

• Fluent English language, verbal and written

• Excellent skill in Excel, PowerPoint

• Strong analytical mind and very sensitive to numbers

• Business acumen
