Cardinal Health Senior Coordinator Inventory Management in Vaughan, Ontario

Cardinal Health Canada, with over 1300 employees nationwide, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

We are looking for positive and team-oriented individual to join our Mississauga Distribution Center who will also be supporting our Applewood Facility. Join our Operations team and make an impact supporting inventory control requirements for the Central Region Inventory Control team. As an Inventory Control Analyst you will be the liaison between external and internal customers by resolving inventory and product issues.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be :

  • Generating reports daily to analyze reconciliation concerns in JDE and warehouse management system (AIMS)

  • Resolving customer orders that may have shipping, inventory, or missing product information

  • Checking to ensure product master file and branch records are accurate and match other systems

Working closely with:

  • Materials Management to ensure that all receipts are being entered and coming into the warehouse correctly. Investigating any open receipts that are overdue

  • Accounts Payable to research and complete any unpaid invoices from receipts still open

  • RA/QA and Distribution departments to perform inventory investigations, product change reconciliations, stock outs and branch/product service level investigations

  • Customer Service to ensure that customers are receiving correct products and being invoiced correctly

  • Suppliers Operations to ensure product integrity

  • Preparing forms for RGA and/or Customs paperwork for product returns to the vendors (for example: wrong item shipped, excess quantity)

  • Assisting with floor issues which could include helping to determine proper items shipped, pushing lines on receipts or correcting internal receiving errors (wrong quantity, lot number, or item entered)

  • Other duties and assignments as may be required

This Job might be for you if:

  • You’ve completed your Post-Secondary education, with 3-6 years of related experience

  • You have strong interpersonal, data analytical, and communication skills

  • You’re self-motivated and able to work independently and meet demanding deadlines

  • You have PC and systems knowledge, including intermediate to advance in MS Access and Excel

  • You possess Warehouse Management System experience, AIMS and JDE is an asset

  • You’re able to manage priorities and diverse tasks
