We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist, located in Vandalia, Ohio. This role primarily involves front desk and administrative tasks, acting as the initial contact point for visitors and facilitating company visitor policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level customer service by answering and directing calls efficiently

• Manage the reception area, welcoming visitors and team members, answering their inquiries, or directing them to the appropriate department

• Handle outgoing mail and packages, ensuring accurate and timely delivery

• Efficiently sort and distribute incoming mail to the respective departments

• Oversee office supplies procurement for corporate headquarters and maintain a well-organized inventory

• Assist in the collection of documents and coordinate their permanent filing into digital personnel files

• Supervise the Visitor program at the corporate headquarters, managing visitor logs and badges

• Coordinate with various departments such as Security, Finance, IT, and the Executive Team to facilitate visitor interactions

• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience with email correspondence and detail oriented communication

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of people

• Capacity to organize files systematically for easy retrieval and record keeping
