SUMMARY:
This position maintains and supports the day-to-day operation of all enterprise level systems to ensure stable operation of the network, software and hardware systems for the Ohio facility. Additionally, will work with support technician(s) to troubleshoot and diagnose end user computer troubles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installing, configuring, diagnosing, upgrading and maintaining all corporate hardware, software, phones, security cameras and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance
Oversee the support and training of end-users and is performed in a timely manner with regards to all technology related issues by the IT Department
Ensures that accurate records of maintenance, installation and licensing documentation are maintained
Coordinate and arrange third-party assistance in a cost-effective manner
Provides support to intranet and Internet maintenance and developments
Ensures the system is secure and the network is filtered
Assist IT Systems Supervisor in defining, auditing, implementing and documenting the custom utilities and reports as requested and created by CSI Custom Solutions team.
Maintain a reliable and functional IT Network including updated and maintained hardware and software to ensure optimal system performance.
Perform all other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma and 1-year technical college formal prep minimum
Must be knowledgeable in programming methodology, computer software, report generation methods, data communication and transaction-based processing
Ability to work independently and has exceptional problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Must possess effective written, verbal and oral communication skills
The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Available to assist during all hours of the day and occasional weekends. On-call availability essential part of supporting end user requirements
