PeaceHealth, a not-for-profit Catholic health system, is seeking a dedicated Surgery Implant Coordinator to join our team at Southwest Medical Center in beautiful Vancouver, Washington. What You'll Do:

As a Surgery Implant Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of surgical implants and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.

  • Product Management: Research and evaluate new implant products, coordinating their implementation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of implant usage, recalls, and other relevant information.

  • Surgical Technologist Duties: Perform surgical technologist duties as needed, assisting in surgical procedures and ensuring a sterile environment.

What You'll Bring:

  • AHA/American Red Cross BLS card required.

  • Washington Licensed Surg Tech/LPN or 2 years of experience equivalent to Surgery Implant Coordinator.

  • Well organized, detail oriented and self motivated.

  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to multi-task and problem solve.

  • Ability to coordinate activities and work collaboratively with others.

  • Ability to execute detailed procedures with accuracy and precision.

  • Basic computer/keyboarding skills including MS Office applications.

  • Understanding of operating room protocols.
