About the Role: As a Nurse Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our unit. Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership: Overseeing 24/7 nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
Quality Improvement: Driving initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction.

Financial Stewardship: Managing budgetary responsibilities and optimizing resource utilization.

Qualifications:
BSN or MSN required
3+ years of nursing experience
2+ years of RN leadership experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Financial acumen and budgetary experience
