About the Role: As a Nurse Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our unit. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership: Overseeing 24/7 nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.

• Quality Improvement: Driving initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction.

• Financial Stewardship: Managing budgetary responsibilities and optimizing resource utilization.

Qualifications:

• BSN or MSN required

• 3+ years of nursing experience

• 2+ years of RN leadership experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Financial acumen and budgetary experience
