Providence St. Joseph Health Provider Relations Assistant *Remote* in Vancouver, Washington

Providence Health Plan is calling a Provider Relations Assistant who will: Provide administrative support for the day-to-day activities of the Provider Relations team Provide essential data support and coordination activities for various business critical analysis and reporting needs e.g. State Network Adequacy, NCQA, CMS Represent the interests of the Provider Relations department on committee and/or project work Assist with provider change information via Facets and Sharepoint Be Responsible to set up employees on ProvLink Compile and send provider communication materials as needed Coordinate documentation and support for multiple projects within Provider Relations Compile and prepare data for analysis and reporting purposes Assist team members in completion of high priority tasks when necessary Open, sort, screen and distribute mail and other communications as appropriate Responsible to research and forward as appropriate all returned mail Providence Health Plan welcomes 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following areas: Washington: Vancouver Oregon: Portland, Beaverton Please note the following important detail regarding this role: This position will require for you to report into the office during training, 2-3 days per week, for your first 3 months. This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Beaverton, Oregon Required qualifications for this position include: Associate's Degree -OR- Bachelor's Degree 2+ years administrative support experience (healthcare setting) Preferred qualifications for this position include: Experience in a health care setting Behavioral Healthcare Experience Why Join Providence Health Plan? The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
