Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay Rate: $24.75 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust machines or production, both within PLC and with mechanical parameters.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose quality issues, finding root causes of problems.

• Make mechanical adjustments to equipment including conveying systems.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with mechanical machine operating (mold press, injection molding, press operating, CNC) or a track record of being mechanically inclined through interests/hobbies.

• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to get to the root cause of issues.

Environment/Shift:

• Manufacture paper and plastic bags, including forming and printing.

• Clean, climate-controlled environment with a dedicated team for each machine.

• Extensive training is provided due to the learning curve for running the machines.

• Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am, Thursday through Saturday, with alternating Wednesdays.
