Pacific Premier Bank Financial Services Representative in Vancouver, Washington

Description The Financial Services Representative opens new consumer and non-personal accounts with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism, meeting the high-quality service delivery standards of the Bank. The Financial Services Representative educates clients on the features and benefits of bank products and services, works to help identify their needs, and when appropriate refers clients to other team mem members within the bank. Attends training and demonstrates a strong knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations governing financial institutions; including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti Money Laundering (AML) legislation, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Consumer Privacy, Information Security, Bank Protection Act and various other regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES Assists clients in opening all types of personal and business checking, savings and certificate of deposit accounts. Reviews all new account documentation for accuracy insuring complete compliance with all Bank policies and procedures. Responsible for processing account maintenance transactions within assigned authorities. Manage assigned portfolio of accounts consistently identifying opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services and generate referral to appropriate account manager. May also perform other tasks in the branch as required to ensure that the branch operates efficiently. These tasks could include processing deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing and other bank transactions, as well reviewing and verifying daily reports assigned by management. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of bank experience required. A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $19.28 to $28.92. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A business line incentive may be provided ranging from 0% - 20% of the base salary offered, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
