Northwest Medical, in Vancouver, Washington is the newest addition to the Praxis Health family of clinics providing exceptional and individualized care within the community. NWM is a small practice (with 3 physicians & 1 FNP) with a stellar reputation that has been providing care in SW Washington for over 30 years. The staff is like a big family. We have built an excellent reputation in the community, which makes for a loyal patient panel. The incomingFamily Medicine Physicianwill inherit a full and established patient panel from a retiring provider, which will make it very easy to quickly build a full practice. You will have autonomy in how you schedule and treat your patients, while having the administrative support of a larger organization.
We emphasize preventative care as well as managing chronic medical problems. We are looking for a Physician who is comfortable with a wide range of patients from small children to geriatrics.

4 - 4.5 day workweek

Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Abilities:
Highly-engaged MD/DO physician
Board Certification/ Board Eligible and Residency trained in Internal or Family Medicine
Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Respect for patient's confidentiality
Compassionate and approachable
Responsible and trustworthy
Attend work regularly and on time
