NAMI Southwest Washington (NAMI SW WA) provides mental health education, support groups, a monthly newsletter, and community advocacy.?We are located at 2500 Main Street, Vancouver, WA 98660. NAMI SW WA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and an independent NAMI National affiliate. Our goal is to work in an environment with reduced trauma to ensure that all staff and volunteers can maintain a high level of mental and physical wellness. We support a stigma-free society.

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE:

Responsible for Community Education of NAMI Southwest Washington presentations. Assists in developing and monitoring program budgets and contracts---coordinates with internal agency staff, external organizations, and funders regarding programming. Studies and analyzes community needs for the basis of presentation development. With deep knowledge of core programs, operations, and plans, she/he reports to and works closely with the executive director and other NAMI SW Washington staff. They are responsible for monitoring, managing, and guiding community presentations.
