Insight Global Product Manager in Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join one of North America's largest athleisure wear companies. They oversee the day-to-day operational model of their product and new product-centric agile framework and optimize as needed to help ensure the cross-functional team is efficient in practicing agile product centric delivery methodology. This person will be working on their Workday application for improvements and building out the downstream integration for their total rewards program encompassing up to 30 downstream vendors. These are complex integrations requiring the secure transferring of global data. This candidate will attend, participate and lead scrum ceremonies, planning sessions, and stakeholder updates and demonstrate

completed features to stakeholders and users. They will also oversee performance and reporting of products and manage a team to drive aligned-upon results. This person will have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of product management experience

1-2 years experience in HR / HR Technology (Workday and Docebo) with preference working for high growth, Fortune 1000 global companies in Retail

Experience in HR Technology platforms for example, Hiring/Talent Acquisition solutions, Benefits and

Compensation platforms, Learning platforms, Talent Activation platforms, HCM platforms

Experience leading complex, technology-enabled, transformational change initiatives

Fluent in agile scrum methodologies

Fluent in Design Thinking, building out personas, journey maps and identifying opportunities to drive tangible

value for the end user.

Leadership skills demonstrated through the ability to enroll, influence and gain consensus from senior leaders

Prioritization, management, and consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, resource

management, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)

Critical thinking and decision-making skills

Facilitation and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving skill null
