Job Description

Day to Day.

The IT Vendor Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with IT vendors, coordinating and documenting processes in the IT Procurement organization as well as reporting on vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Vendor Management: coordinate with IT vendors, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

 Contract Administration

 Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including IT, procurement, and finance, to align vendor strategies with business needs.

 Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to senior management.

 Invoicing and PO Management

Skills and Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

 2+ years of experience in a vendor analyst, procurement, or coordination role

 Knowledge of RFP management

 Experience working with purchase orders, SOWs and invoices

 Strong excel skills

 Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working in IT null
