We are looking for candidates to join our expanding team as call center agents to represent our client TELUS Communications. This position offers full-time hours. We will provide all the knowledge and training on-site; previous sales or call center experience is an asset, not required. The main requirement of the role is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things!

Duties and Responsibilities of the Call Center Sales Agent:

  • Educating customers about the products and services offered by TELUS

  • Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community regarding services and new promotions

  • Taking inbound calls to solve customer’s inquiries and concerns

  • Listening to and understanding customer needs and answering any questions they may have

  • Providing a great customer experience while keeping customer information confidential

  • Working with a dedicated and passionate team who will assist you and work alongside you to provide a best-in-class customer experience!

Qualifications of the Call Center Sales Agent:

  • Passionate for customer service and sales

  • An empathetic and caring approach

  • Strong work ethic

  • A positive attitude

  • Must be able to work independently and be great at multitasking!

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to Work Full-Time

  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background check

  • Previous customer service/sales/call center experience preferred, not required

  • 18 years of age and older
