Dunkin' Assistant General Manager in Valrico, Florida
As a Dunkin Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Dunkin store by providing leadership, guidance, and support to the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Dunkin brand, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of effective team management.

As an assistant manager you qualify for monthly bonus based upon store performance.

Stores conveniently located around the Tampa Bay area
Responsibilities:
Assisting the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Take command when the manager is absent
Responsible for the well being of the store and safety of employees when manager is absent.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Train and coach staff on customer service best practices.
Customer is always right mentality
Operations Management:
Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Perform manager's duties such as cash handling and daily paperwork on their days off
Sales Growth:
Work with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and suggestive selling to maximize revenue.
Develop action plan if your store is underperforming
Quality Control:
Ensure product quality and adherence to Dunkin standards.
Exercise FIFO on a daily basis
Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
If you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it
Financial Management:
Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability.
Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Understand the concept of how much a percent can matter
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on Dunkin policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Identify and nurture talent within the team for potential advancement.
Keep tabs on the progress of your employees and their strengths
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Dunkin brand standards and products.
Basic understanding of financial principles and budget management.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Math/Writing skills
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a managerial role in a similar industry is an asset.
