Coordinate all field | | | activities. | | | - Plan and set up an efficient | | | jobsite layout. | | | - Direct or aid in development | | | of an overall project | | | schedule. | | | - Maintain a clean, orderly | | | jobsite, utilizing 5s. | | | - Uphold OSHA regulations and | | | RandM Safety Program. | | | - Maintain daily logs to | | | document all jobsite | | | activities and events. | | | - Implement and maintain | | | quality control and life | | | safety checkout procedures. | | | - Lead in accordance with RandM | | | policies and procedures and | | | priorities within project | | | contract. | | | - Maintain client and designer | | | relations. | | | - Maintain a working | | | relationship with project | | | development team. | | | - Address job obstacles that | | | are discussed in scheduling | | | meetings. | | | - Ensure project is progressing | | | in accordance with overall | | | schedule and contract time | | | requirements. | | | | | | WHAT YOU BRING TO THE | | | TEAM:(Reasonable accommodations | | | will be made to enable | | | individuals with disabilities to | | | perform the essential functions | | | of the job.) | | | | | | - 8-10 years of related | | | experience, education and/or | | | training, specifically with a | | | minimum of 2 years of | | | healthcare construction | | | experience. | | | - Knowledge of industry safety | | | procedures and OSHA |
