Description

Our client, a reputable company, is actively seeking a dynamic Accounts Receivable Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, following up on outstanding balances, and assisting with other accounting tasks as needed.

About the Role:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be in charge of securing revenue for the company, tracking invoices, and resolving accounts for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.

• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

• Generate financial statements and reports on AR status.

• Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities in line with deadlines.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software.
