Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Superintendent to join their team. As a Production Superintendent, you will be part of the operations department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Superintendent

Location: Valley, Alabama

Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000

What's the Job?

• Oversee a team of supervisors in area operations to ensure production efficiency and quality.

• Coordinate departmental activities through planning with managers to meet manufacturing objectives.

• Establish and monitor performance standards for production, efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Analyze customer requirements to maintain optimal quality for all production specifications.

• Provide leadership and training to achieve company goals and promote positive employee relations.

What's Needed?

• Background in food manufacturing methods and process improvement programs.

• Experience with ready-to-eat protein products and raw sizing.

• Solid knowledge of equipment, formulations, efficiency, and yields.

• Full understanding of HACCP, SSOPs, and GMPs.

• Five or more years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience, with three years in a supervisory role.
