ManpowerGroup Plant Manager in Valley, Alabama
Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team. As a Plant Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in further processing, and a track record of driving continuous improvement.
Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Valley, Alabama
Pay Range: $120,000 - $220,000 annually with quarterly bonus (60% based on KPIs and 40% on EBITA)
What's the Job?
Lead all plant activities at our RTE poultry processing facility in Valley, AL
Oversee daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed
Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, culture, customer relations, and productivity
Coordinate the activities of all departments utilizing excellent communication and developing efficient production methods
Recommend and research capital improvements to improve efficiency, quality, or safety
What's Needed?
Minimum of 10 years management experience in a RTE poultry processing plant manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in management or another related field preferred
Possess excellent leadership skills
High level knowledge in RTE poultry processing equipment, GMPs, HACCP, OSHA and plant safety practices
Strong ERP systems knowledge and understand MRP, and material control & inventory transaction reporting
