Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
We are looking for an industrial maintenance technician with strong skills in electrical wiring of buildings, machinery, and equipment. As a member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep of car wash equipment and machinery to ensure they function safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will also support our good manufacturing practices (GMP) and safety programs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on buildings, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal operation.
Repair and replace defective components in machinery.
Maintain proper machinery lubrication, including checking lubricant levels and applying appropriate amounts of grease to lubrication points.
Make major electrical repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.
Service and maintain building equipment such as HVAC, lighting, water, and sewer systems.
Dismantle machinery and equipment as needed for repairs or maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair pumps.
Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Perform pipe fitting tasks unassisted.
Drive a company vehicle within a 75-mile radius to provide repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance support to car wash locations.
Essential Skills
At least 5 years of combined professional experience performing maintenance on buildings, equipment, and machinery.
At least 5 years of experience making repairs and adjustments to machinery.
At least 5 years of experience maintaining proper machinery lubrication.
At least 4 years of experience making major electrical repairs.
At least 4 years of experience maintaining and servicing building equipment such as HVAC, lighting, water, and sewer systems.
At least 3 years of experience dismantling machinery and equipment.
At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing pumps.
At least 3 years of experience with PLCs.
At least 1 year of experience performing pipe fitting tasks unassisted.
Valid driver's license and insurability to drive for the company.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to accurately read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Comprehend instruction manuals for equipment operations and maintenance.
Experience with industrial electrical systems, welding, hydraulics, and customer relationship management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00
