Northwest Pump & Equipment Company Regional Operations Manager in Valencia, California
Northwest Pump is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for our Southern California branches. What does this role do? This person will oversee and manage the operations at various branches within their assigned territory, ensuring the efficient and effective distribution of our products. They will be responsible for leading and managing a team, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
If selected, you will have the exciting role of leading 10 skilled individuals, ensuring their efforts align with our strategic goals by fostering a supportive and high-performing environment. Frequent travel between our Glendale, Valencia, Anaheim, and San Diego branches is required.

- Proven experience in operations; sales experience a plus
- Experience managing and leading a team, including training
- Distribution industry experience preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
- Strong work ethic

What else?
- Must be able to lift/ move up to 50 lbs., and up to 70 lbs. periodically
