Job Summary
The Supervisory LPN will be responsible for monitoring the personal care, companionship and skilled nursing services provided by our company’s direct care staff. They will also assist with coordinating clinical services and ensuring quality care services are provided to our clients. Duties for this role include performing in-home assessments of clients to determine their support and clinical needs and conducting scheduled supervisory visits to clients' homes.
Minimum Qualifications
A current LPN license in the state of services
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
A valid driver's license
Access to insured and reliable transportation
Ability to travel within the surrounding counties
Supervisory Licensed Practical Nurses must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, and time off so please ask for complete details at your interview.
