Summary:As a member of the Martins family, the Engineering Project Manager is primarily responsible for planning, directing, executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager is a professional, who has working knowledge of the technical details of managing projects including human resources, project scope, time, quality, cost, risk, procurement and communication; who embraces a mindset of thorough planning and continuous improvement, who is rigorously dedicated to extraordinary quality and customer service, who continuously strive to improve communication channels.

- Directs and manages project development from beginning to end.
- Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develops full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Communicates openly and effectively the project expectations to team members and stakeholders timely.
- Estimate s the resources and human resources needed to achieve project goals.
- Drafts and submits budget proposals, and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Where required, negotiates with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
