Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor at the Arrabelle is responsible for the supervision of the cleaning of hotel guestrooms and of the public areas according to RockResorts' standards, by providing the highest level of quality and service for hotel guests.

Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.98 / hour
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
2:30PM - 10:00PM
Skill Level: Advanced
Job Responsibilities:
Prioritizing, assigning and coordinating housekeeping functions and requests for predominantly PM shifts including monitoring radio calls and organizing staff in an efficient manner
Supervision, team accountability, training/coaching, brand standards implementation, handling guest challenges with care and concern, and ensuring guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
Support to team on duty as main contact for any needs/requirements
Communicating and cooperating clearly and efficiently with key departments such as front office, maintenance and loss prevention to ensure smooth operations during shift
Inspection of rooms according to RockResorts' standards
Carrying out of housekeeping duties according to post-covid company procedures, and reinforce same procedures within team.
Replenishing linens, amenities and other supplies in guest rooms
Monitoring and resolving any issues related to public areas, restrooms, pool and hallways.
Conducting hotel walk through as required to ensure Public areas are maintained and staff fulfilling evening duties.
As needed, fulfill all job responsibilities expected of Room Attendants, House persons, Laundry Attendants and Public Area Attendants including all general cleaning functions across the resort.
Responsible for monitoring and adapting daily worksheets for Room Attendants and for assigning nightly duties as required.
Conducting weekly inventory of all housekeeping cleaning supplies and amenity supplies.
Carrying out of all reasonable requests by management.
Maximum flexibility required (weekends, holidays etc) - mixture of AM and PM shifts with predominant PM shifts requirement.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. -Required
Minimum one year of resort housekeeping experience/leadership. -Required
Previous supervisory or management experience in a guest service setting. -Required
Basic computer skills. -Required
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in English. -Required
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. -Required
Must be able stand for long periods of time and be able to access all areas of the resort. -Required
College degree in a Hospitality Management program. -Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. -Preferred
Experience with IQware. -Preferred
Bi-lingual in Spanish. -Required
The expected pay range is $23.00 - $25.99. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
