We are on the lookout for a Financial Systems Conversion Specialist to join our team based in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. The role primarily involves the transition of payroll systems for three associated companies, from QuickBooks to NetSuite. The position is remote and provides a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Migrating employee details onto the new system

• Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry into NetSuite

• Not directly processing payroll but overseeing the payroll transition

• Assisting with the generation of reports to verify correct system implementation

• Utilizing knowledge of NetSuite and payroll to support the onboarding process

• Monitoring and maintaining customer accounts

• Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to the system conversion

• Checking and confirming the accuracy of data migration

• Assisting with the execution of accounting functions on the new software

• Utilizing digital solutions and CRM to manage customer relationships and data.

Requirements

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with CRM

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions

• Experience in Auditing

• Ability to create Business Requirement Document

• Proficiency in using NetSuite

• Experience with ADP - Payroll
