Brand Manager Toblerone UK

Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager and working with cross-functional and global teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.

How you will contribute

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

More about this role

This role, collaborating with the global Toblerone, UK Sales teams as well as external agency teams will be key to define how successful Toblerone shows up in the UK

  • Developing a stand-out consumer experience, taking Toblerone to the next level in the UK

  • Manage visual identity across all consumer touch points in the UK

  • Collaborate with global team in development of the Premium vision, destination portfolio and brand communications

  • Deliver ground-breaking premium activation programs & partnerships

  • Lead and shape the Toblerone instore retail vision and implementation with close cooperation across category, customer, global and agency teams

  • Collaborate on consumer first premium media strategy through deep understanding of digital channels, audiences and content strategy as well as UK regulations.

  • Partner with global team in delivery of key innovation & renovation projects in the UK in service of premium destination portfolio

  • Partner with Sales team on in year commercial delivery and excite consumers & customers about the long-term journey

  • Analyze trends in consumer, shopper, category, customer and channels to arrive at key commercial insights to shape brand strategy

  • Mobilize & excite internal stakeholders of all levels to jump on the UK Toblerone journey

What you will bring

  • Experience in Marketing and brand leadership, strong consumer first focus and experience building brand foundations.

  • Proven track record Marketing & activating Premium/ Luxury brands with strong growth results.

  • Ability to challenge the status quo.

  • Agility & skill at dealing with ambiguity

  • Strong influencing skills

  • Ability to build great relationships across a vast agency network as well as well internally

  • Ability to navigate in complex organizational contexts, adept at managing senior stakeholders.

  • End to end ownership & autonomy

  • A passion for premium

This role will be based in our Uxbridge office and we operate a hybrid model of remote and office-based working. You will also need to be able to travel into Central London as required.
