Johnson & Johnson MedTech Netherlands is recruiting for a Corporate Account Manager, located in Netherlands.

The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for achieving sales quota and developing a commercial plan for 15 to 20 One MT and One Franchise accounts for the short and middle term in The Netherlands. The CAM represents the entire range of One MT (surgery, orthopaedics, cardiology, neurovascular) products and services and will develop promotors for J&J MedTech (MT) among non-clinical customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating business opportunities within a set of accounts and being responsible for the sales process through to closure of the sale and signing of the contract.

  • Contact person for, and develop promotors among, non-clinical customers.

  • Achievement of agreed sales goals.

  • Generate a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline.

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with the MT sales and marketing organization.

  • Collaborates with all internal teams, including support, service, and management, to achieve account performance objectives and exceed customer expectations.

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.

  • Proactively leads a MT account planning process to achieve performance objectives.

  • Objectives and significant goals for a one to three-year timeframe.

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

  • Leads contracting, pricing and tendering processes in the assigned accounts through the bids and tender excellence team.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Being able to think strategically and show strong operational capabilities at the same time.

  • Experience with value selling.

  • A proactive and independent individual capable of efficiently navigating through the sales process.

  • Strong Negotiation skills.

  • Strong in data analyses and deriving actionable conclusions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in coordinating projects and effectively leading operational procedures.

  • Strong customer and external environment orientation.

  • Strong passion and track record for innovation & will to make things happen & deliver.

  • Skill in efficiently leading and connecting with a diverse group of individuals from different business backgrounds, even without formal authority.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in business experience (economics, statistics, or life sciences) or equivalent practical experience is also accepted.

  • Experience working for a large multi-national company.

  • Knowledge of the current market healthcare landscape or environment where solution selling is the key driver.

  • Experience working for a mid-size or multinational company.

Other:

  • Proficient Dutch.

  • Good written and spoken English (for EMEA collaboration).

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Shown ability to handle complexity with the ambitious spirit that thrives in ambiguous circumstances.

  • Driven by results, performance & operational excellence in the job.

  • Shown ability to think strategically and work efficiently with complementary teams in a global, collaborative setting to meet organizational goals.
