Resource Center for Independent Living Budget Liaison in Utica, New York
Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $37,850

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Approve and process participant budgets
Obtain documentation to confirm eligibility prior to processing budgets
Maintain program for producing budget reports
Assist in both fiscal and program audits
Address and resolve billing questions related to eligibility
Education:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong Excel spreadsheet skills
Minimum of two years of experience with spreadsheet applications
Strong mathematical and organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Able to work independently and with diverse populations and handle sensitive situations
