Customer Loyalty Performance Specialists act as leaders, building confidence and the ability of the team around them. We are looking for tenured individuals that excel in their current roles and have the ability to spread that influence.
Who We are Looking For:
Looking for someone who can is very proficient and knowledgeable in Customer Loyalty and has the ability to manage a team effectively.
Starting Rate: $21.25/hr + Commissions
Job responsibilities:
· Deescalate customers and find resolutions for complex issues on supervisor level calls.
· Build genuine rapport with people and effectively assist customers with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
· Must be able to lead a team by example and drive team performance.
· Actively answer questions from team members in a manner that helps the customer and Vivint.
· Must be proficient in their ability and knowledge of Customer Loyalty.
What will make you successful:
· Sales and communication skills (or a desire to learn these skills)
· Strategic minded, Self-Motivated, and consistently excellent
· De-escalation skills
· Passion for providing quality customer service
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Computer Savvy (Ex. 40+ WPM, ability to navigate different/new software).
· Well-versed in smart home technology and the products that we offer
Minimum Requirements:
· Must be able to reliably commute to our Logan, UT office
· Must be able to work a 40-hour work week.
· Must be at least in T2 and hitting department targets over the last 3 months. Those targets are $30 RPC and 80% Retention Rate for T2/T3.
· Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint)
