Instructure is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager with prior experience in a high-growth SaaS environment to drive the messaging and go-to-market strategy for our Corporate customer segment. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience establishing a foothold with an existing set of products in a new market and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to build strategies and assets from scratch. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing.

What you will be doing:

  • Define and refine customer personas and segmentation strategies for the corporate and other opportunistic audience segments

  • Craft compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to the specific customer segment and collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring those messages to market

  • Work closely with the product management teams to launch new products and features and position them to meet the needs of the professional learning segment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, and customer success) to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market strategies

  • Create and maintain product collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies and contribute to segment-specific content and events produced by the marketing team

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats and inform product development and improvements

Here's what you will need to know/have:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 5 years in a B2B Product Marketing or related role

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical skills in business performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to solve problems and issues creatively.

  • Attention to detail, organization and desire for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.

  • Confidence and initiative, with ability to work with minimal direction.

$130,000 - $150,000 a year
