Advantive Director, Cloud Operations in US, United States

The Director of Cloud Operations develops and implements a global hosting strategy aiming at improving business processes and global organization effectiveness and will provide senior leadership, strategy, financial management and responsibility over this key business unit. The Director of Cloud Operations will be responsible for managing all development, test, and production environments for both clients and internal stakeholders – in a secure, robust, and performing fashion. This role will focus on delivering excellence when it comes to system uptime, change management, cost effectiveness, disaster recovery, business continuity, security, and compliance of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously enhance the security and compliance of production environments, implementing best practices and new security measures

• Ensure high availability of cloud services, maintaining reliable and continuous access to cloud-based resources and applications

• Develop and implement a robust system for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance accountability across the organization

• Manage vendor relationships effectively, from selection through to negotiating contracts, ensuring favorable terms and strategic partnerships

• Lead and optimize the integration process for Delivery Engine (DE) teams post-acquisition, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Or equivalent degree

• 6+ years in Cloud Operations Leader

• Travel expected: 25-50%

• Office Requirements: 3 days per week
