We are seeking an IH Industrial Hygienist 2 to join our Houston, TX team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with Senior Project and Project Managers on existing Client Projects
Ability to receive direction/guidance and follow instructions/methodologies/protocols.
Knowledge and experience with multiple aspects of IH and Building Science.
Perform various Building Science services to include, but not limited to project scopes for: asbestos and mold related projects.
Perform and collect field measurements using a variety of IH monitoring and sampling equipment.
Maintain thorough and legible field notes.
Assist with business development.
Develop technical reports, and present findings and recommendation.
Develop budgets, write proposals and manage project budgets.
Communicate effectively with Senior Project/Project Managers, staff, clients and contractors.
Follow Atlas directives and standards.
Other projects as assigned.
Practice and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Valid driver’s license, must meet qualifications to successfully be processed for Drug-Alcohol Testing
Minimum of five years’ experience of technically sound consulting experience conducting and managing Industrial Hygiene and Building Science projects.
Field Work is required, Ability to travel
IH/Asbestos/Mold/Lead experience including surveys, assessments, project oversight
Proficient in project management and personnel management
Technical Requirements:
Strong technical writing skills
Microsoft PC applications; WORD, EXCEL
Strong background in Building Science related practices.
Knowledge with various Building Science related sampling equipment, methodologies and protocols.
Other Miscellaneous Qualities:
Field Work 80%
Ability to travel some overnight, 35%-45%Other - TDSHS Asbestos Project Manager/Air Technician, Asbestos Inspector and TDLR Mold license are a plus
