Job Description
Responsible for ensuring and sustaining the operational safety, product quality and records accuracy for the line. Responsible for deploying and maintaining standards and owns the daily direction setting process and the Run to Target Process for unit/line. Responsible for building the capability of the organization and for fostering a healthy team culture.
Job Qualifications
Leadership: The successful candidate has demonstrated capability to deliver projects with limited supervision and a "can-do" attitude as well as passion to get things done. The successful candidate has a healthy dissatisfaction for the status quo and a continuous improvement mentality. Strategic thinking and the ability to identify new simplification opportunities is equally important to the successful execution of existing project ideas.
Problem-Solving + Loss Elimination: Ability to overcome project roadblocks and resolve production issues and material defects by analyzing the problem using LE tools, your mastery and company available expertise. The successful candidate is self-motivated and proactive with ability to strategically integrate knowledge, drive actions and decisions in a timely manner. Ability to balance project work and daily priorities to deliver both on time.
Technical Mastery: Strong technical skills and a good understanding of Making/Packing systems and processes are of advantage. Knowledge of formulations and industrial technologies is desirable.
Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Clear communication will ensure project updates are shared appropriately within the multifunctional Teams. The successful candidate can communicate well internally and externally across different levels of the organization. This includes the ability to escalate issues when needed to remove barriers.
Collaborative Relationships: Strong collaboration skills are critical, not only internally with Operations and other Departments on site, but more importantly externally with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated ability network and leverage existing process knowledge, expertise and best practices across P&G.
Job Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering
Strong level of English both written and spoken
People management skills;
A leadership mentality & ability to prioritize autonomously
A highly motivated self-starter and finisher who can work under pressure but who will not compromise on quality
Like to bring innovation to your work, while having the capacity to analyze situations and provide solutions
Are organized and always pay attention to details
Have strong analytical and technical skills and can collaborate well with diverse groups of people
