QUALIFICATIONS: Employment as a teacher and/or director.

REPORTS TO: Activities Director
JOB GOAL: To instruct participants in the fundamental skill, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and group success. At the same time, the student shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation and internalization of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, self-confidence, and sportsmanship. Implements "quality" principles and tools to improve effectiveness of program.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Contract as determined by season dates. Compensation to be negotiated between the Urbandale Education Association and the Board of Education.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board of Education.
