Position Summary:
The Windsor Life Enrichment Assistant works with the Life Enrichment Supervisor in delivering activities to the residents.

Essential Functions:
Leads various programs and activities such as exercise, bingo, crafts, discussion groups, etc.
Encourages resident participation in activities.
Assists in developing monthly calendar, weekly activity update, and other communication tools to inform residents of events.
Assists in planning and organizing special monthly events such as theme dinners, outings, musicals, and special parties.
Plans for transportation to events as needed.
Assists in coordination of staff events and their communication.
