    Position Summary:

    This position carries direct responsibility for the work activities and scheduling of the EVS staff assigned. This position interacts with housekeeping personnel and assists with covering any staff vacations and sick leave. Coordination with WOS administration with special needs. Managing hours to meet budget expectations for the WOS.

    Qualifications:

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS One (1) year working in apartment setting and (1) year General - Supervisor/lead experience SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Customer Service, Good Communication Skills, Computer skills, Inventory, General office equipment

    Essential Functions:

  • Assists in the scheduling, training, and orientation of employees

  • Assists with budget functions for the department.

  • Communicates all department activities to the Manager.

  • Conducts regular quality inspections.

  • Monitors areas throughout the complex on a daily basis. Interacts with department personnel to insure that standards of cleanliness are developed and maintained.

  • Daily attendance monitoring and coverage

  • Rounding on Staff and tenants and report findings

  • Supply inventory and ordering

  • Compliance training over site to make sure all staff are following up with training requirements

  • Action plan to improve employee satisfaction survey.

  • Liaison between the tenants and the EVS department.
