Currently, we're looking for our next Logistics Specialist to join our growing EMEA Logistics & Fulfillment team at Cytiva's site in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Logistics Specialist at Cytiva, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of goods to our customers globally. This position is based in Uppsala and will be an onsite role.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Accountability for all logistics transactions from Belgium to end customers.

• Manage shipments to internal and external customers - ensuring that our Customers received their orders on time and in full.

• Follow up on deviations due to delivery, quality or cost and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate issues and ensure delivery.

• Function as an active stakeholder in the relationship with external forwarders.

• Function as an interface between internal customer service and warehouse operations.

• Support global and/or local projects as SME in logistics.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, or supply chain management or at least 3 years of work life experience within logistics or similar.

• Experience working with Oracle or other ERP systems is an advantage.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.

• Fluency in English, both written and oral, is required. Fluency in Dutch or Flemish is desired.

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience working with dangerous goods is an advantage.

The ideal candidate should also be an effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. Lastly, problem-solving abilities and adaptability are essential to address unforeseen challenges and streamline operations as a Logistics Specialist at Cytiva.
