Job Description Summary
We are looking for an experienced Global Product Manager who is passionate about technology and innovation to lead our TRACERcenter Solutions strategies. By joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will work with cross-functional global teams to design, build and roll-out products and services that deliver our TRACERcenter Solution vision and strategy.
In your role as Global Product Manager, you will be the key focal between our customers, industrial partners and internal stakeholders for our TRACERcenter Solutions offering.
You will be overseeing the entire TRACERcenter Solutions including sales / bidding support, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, execute on NPI programs, supporting production deliveries, and coordinating with aftermarket and services teams by working closely with the engineering, sales, marketing and support teams to ensure revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
In addition, you will support product roadmaps and strategy discussions by having a deep knowledge of the target market, its size, trends and needs.
Job Description
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Translate product strategy into product roadmaps with detailed requirements by integrating inputs from sales, marketing, engineering and sourcing
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience by serving as the focal point for customer communication and by participating actively in our user meetings
Manage all aspects of the Product Lifecycle (pre-M0 through EOL incl. upgrade path and product obsolescence)
Define product models and offering structures including pricing and positioning strategies, be responsible for catalog handling including activation / deactivation of product catalogues (PCAT)
Own and develop the business case for NPI investments and work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and to drive product profitability as well as commercial success
By continuous VCP on product portfolio identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience
Assess market competition and competitive analysis by comparing the product to competitors’ products to get insights on key differentiators and messages
Collaborate closely with the commercial and sales organization to ensure it has relevant training and product information (e.g. applications, information about product changes or competitor information) to enable successful sales of the product line by support with quote reviews, bids & tender, technical training and customer meetings
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or equivalent
5-year experience of Cyclotron and/or Radiopharmaceutical business and overall understanding of the PET Radiopharmacy facility design requirements, daily production workflow, as well as equipment used throughout the process and GMP
Proven team player with excellent communication/presentation and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interface and collaborate with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
Good influencing skills and demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and matrix environment and ability to make independent decisions to manage conflicting priorities while operating in an ever-changing task environment
Strong analytical and process skills
Good knowledge of MS Office package
Fluent on English, additional language preferred
High level of flexibility and ability to travel at least 15%
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, Masters in related discipline
Strong project management skills, PMP or similar certified
Proven ability to work globally
Prior Experience in Sales & Marketing role is a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
