Robert Half Bookkeeper/Office Manager in Uppr Moreland, Pennsylvania

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Bookkeeper role based in UPPR MORELAND, Pennsylvania. The position requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the primary function being the handling of customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving credit inquiries. This role is also responsible for monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

Responsibilities:

Office Management: · Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment. · Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. · Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs. · Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails. · Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. · Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and rental cars. Bookkeeping: · Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. · Assist with preparing and processing payroll as a backup. · Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). Property Management for rental properties: · Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company properties. · Coordinate repairs and maintenance services with vendors and contractors. · Manage property-related expenses and maintain accurate records. Customer Service: · Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. · Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries in a detail oriented manner. Requirements Qualifications: · 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role. · Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). · Strong organizational and multitasking skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
