Responsibilities:
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team responsible for ensuring product reliability and performance during commissioning (pre-COD).
Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee the implementation of robust PSR/RCA methodologies across the team.
Ensure thorough investigations into critical product failures and performance issues for new product launches.
Identify underlying technical, process, or design flaws and develop effective corrective actions during product launch and commissioning activities.
Proactively identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, implementing preventive measures.
Document findings, corrective actions, and preventive measures for knowledge sharing.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams (services, development, product assurance) to integrate corrective actions and preventive measures.
Build strong partnerships with other departments to drive product quality and reliability initiatives.
Develop and maintain tools and processes for efficient RCA investigations.
Stay updated on the latest methodologies and industry best practices in troubleshooting and RCA.
Contribute to the overall product development lifecycle by ensuring product reliability and performance.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Quantify the impact of the Reliability Engineering team's efforts on product reliability and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in product engineering in the Power Industry.

The salary range for this position is 131,700.00 - 175,500.00 - 219,300.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
