JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Cremer laboratory in the Department of Chemistry at The Pennsylvania State University seeks to fill a postdoctoral research position beginning in December 2024 with a chemist who has extensive experience in (a) physical chemistry and (b) supramolecular chemistry.
A Ph.D. in chemistry or a related area must have been conferred by the time employment starts.
The applicant should be highly self-motivated and is expected to pursue research in polymer chemistry, electrolyte chemistry, and Hofmeister chemistry. This is a term appointment funded for one-year from the date of hire with excellent possibility of renewal. Review of applicants will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
