JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Water, Health, and Nutrition Lab is seeking a part-time research assistant to perform the following job duties:

Assist with onboarding for research assistants

Create directions for lab, passwords and contact sheets

Assist with lab tours, directions, check in to make sure all trainings and paperwork has been done

Determine RA availability and create schedules

Work with PI to determine meeting dates and times, send out meeting reminders and follow up emails with links and topics discussed in the meeting

Create zoom meetings if applicable

Pick up mail/packages from 219, order supplies for travel when necessary

Assist with training of lab research assistants and in person meetings

Track hours and reach out to RAs not meeting expectations

Continue regular RA research

Conduct literature reviews for PI

Draft IRB forms when necessary

Assist in upkeep and training responsibilities for wet lab

Advise RAs with their work

Education and experience must include experience in a lab setting.
